Jarvis is a hardworking fella who always does his best to make time for his fellow residents. He wants to be a beaming beacon of joy to all those around him so he actively goes out of his way to lighten up anyone within his aggro range. Jarvis has little qualms with throwing treats or gifts at friends and acquaintances whenever plausible if could afford it, you could nab candy right out of his palms and he would not harbor any hard feelings. However when it comes to People's health Jarvis could not be more headstrong. He keeps hard tabs on anyone under his care and makes  regular rounds to check up if people are keeping up with his recommendations, and may scold folks who are ignorant of their health issues, no matter how dismissive... However you could just lie to him, that seems to work, he's a bit of an emotional punching bag.
When Jarvis does not get his regular intake of sugar/caffeine, he slows down to a ridiculously lackluster pace, and becomes incredibly irritable and agitated on with little to no provocation.

Jarvis was born to an English Family in South America. His Father was a Semi-famous pastor, And his mother was a founder of several religious charities. Jarvis also had a twin brother, Harvey, but even at a young age it was obvious he was a bit on the frail side, but that didnt stop him from taking part in one of their many childish adventures.
Jarvis had a relatively normal childhood, apart from alot of the culture scares that come with growing up in some parts of southAmerica. In his later teens, Jarvis, while not altogether captured by the religious side of his folks he was very much inspired by their drive to help people. He would constantly go on help missions with his brother to places all over the world in need of helping hands. From Third World Countries, to places recently breached by natural disasters, Jarvis and Harvey were often some of the first to arrive to throw their hands to work, it was their self proclaimed duties to the world.
Eventually, Harvey could no longer participate, he had grown ill, and feeble to the point he was almost entirely bed ridden. This reality shock spiraled Jarvis into upgrading his ability to help folks. He Would begin his medical studies almost immediately, and his homely demeanor and absolute desire to help people would be the burning will that would eventually get him into the medical school he desired at the age of 19, unfortunately the same year Harvey would begin to succumb to his illness.. (Incoming sappy stuff) Jarvis cursed his absolute inability to care and/or cure his brother with the time given, tho Harvey only scolded him, It would be selfish to give up on his mission if only for the death of his brother, Jarvis had limitless potential, and Harvey was honored enough that his weakness was what sparked the flame in his brothers destiny to help him and others. Harvey died , blargh.
Jarvis continued his studies, by demand of his late inspiration, his life became mostly devout to his studies up until extremely recently.  Jarvis was able to take up studies away from school, as well as start up his practice  up to certain extents. He moved to Astromeria , a blooming town, curiously devout of a medical team. .  A Perfect board for full of people who will no doubt need his assistance!
